I am so excited to make my next trip to Woodstock to bring everyone another All Levels Dance Lift workshop! This is one of my favorite classes to teach because of its creativity, transitions and accessibility! I am only allowing 25 people into this class so that I may give proper attention to all, the spaces will sell fast so make sure to register before the class fills up.

All Levels Dance Lift
This All Levels Standing Acro class will combine dynamic movement and flowing dance lifts into one class that will give you ultimate bragging rights on the dance floor! Seamlessly bridge together creative acro moves while learning proper basing, flying and spotting technique. Even if you are an experienced practitioner you will have a blast in this class!
Beginners are absolutely welcome! You do NOT need a partner to attend this empowering class!

Instructor Bio:
James is a Los Angeles based Acro teacher and performer. Originally from Canada, James has recently finished a full time contract with Cirque Du Soleil, performing on the ice show Crystal as a hand to hand porter. With in 3 years of living in Los Angeles James has performed on other shows such as Americas Got Talent, Le Plus Grand Cabaret du Monde and Circus Couture with Acro Army, also landing performance opportunities in Hollywood doing Acro in national television commercials.
Fresh off his Cirque Du Soleil contract, James is now on another world Acro teaching tour aiming to teach on every continent on earth! James’ classes are high energy, fun and offer a new perspective on Standing Acro. With hundreds of workshops completed in North America, South America, Asia, Europe, and more you will love what these classes have to offer!

Partner Thai Yoga Massage Workshop
Thai Yoga Massage is a melting pot of the healing elements of Yoga (union), Vipassana (insight), & Metta (loving kindness). It's performed on the mat in comfortable clothing without the use of oils or lotions.
In this 2 hour beginners workshop Thai Practitioners Erin & Patrick will guide you through short Thai Massage sequences where you will give & receive with your partner. Come with your friend, sibling, parent, auntie or uncle as this is not limited to traditional "partnerships" as we learn to give & receive from the heart, mindfully touch & breath together.

This class is designed to prepare you for all things standing. From entrances into high bird and shoulderstand to more dynamic dance lifts and transitions, this is everything you need to take your standing practice to the next level. Class 2: From the Ground Up - Intro to Hand to Hand And Standing Hand to Hand
This intro to standing hand to hand class will give you all of the tools required to NAIL your hand to hand practice. Join Tia and Bryan for a thoughtfully lead and fun session in the world of hand balancing.
This class will be split according to skill level & tailored to the participants.
Pre-Reqs for Standing H2H: h2h on the ground and two high.

Reflect, Restore & Realize Afternoon Retreat
Join Emily & Erin for a mini afternoon retreat setting the tone for the upcoming year.
Beginning with Yin Yoga class designed to examine the concepts of tension & compression in the body; learning which obstacles you can work through & which ones you may be able to go around. During the practice you’ll receive reiki assists to aid the body in releasing stress and trauma. Taking in hands on energetic healing to balance the chakras and start the new year feeling reenergized and realigned.
Followed by guided reflective journaling on the past year & decade.
Moving forward envisioning 2020 & creating a vision board.
Light refreshments & supplies will be provided.

Friday Night Flight ~ Jan 3/2020
This 90 minute Standing Acro Class is great for anyone from beginner to the intermediate level. We will explore a couple Standing Acro moves then combine them into fun little flow. Always working to develop strong spotting skills and communication so we can all continue to play safely together. No experience required for this class and you do not need a partner to join.
