Brooke has always felt a pull towards the world of wellness and alternative healing.

She started gathering certifications in the field at 18 and loves continuing her knowledge to help  this planet and those who live on it be a better place.

She’s now certified with 450h of training in several styles of yoga and meditation. She brings a calming grounding energy into class as well as a fun and loving energy.

Brooke has also completed training in foot reflexology, advanced energy work, hypnosis, NLP (neuro linguistic programming) life coaching, EMI (eye movement integration) practitioner and more!

In 2021 she began diving the deepest she has ever into her own healing journey while simultaneously learning how to help others more with theirs. The following year, this led her on a plant medicine retreat which was also a part of a certification where she worked on lot’s of blockages preventing her from using her voice more musically. Because of this, she now also does intuitive sound healings with vocal and instrumental healing frequencies.

The work she’s done has changed and shifted her life for the better and she loves helping guide others in the shifts they feel they need or in discovering the shifts their heart space yearns for to live a life more aligned with their heart space.

Brooke also loves spending time in nature and with animals.

I began practicing yoga 30 years ago and have been teaching for 12 years. Yoga has been a great tool over the years to help me feel balanced and continue to stay active.

I completed my 200-hour certificate with At the Core and my 500-hour Comprehensive yoga therapy certificate with Welkin Yoga.  I love being a student and have completed several other certifications in assisting, pre & post natal, sequencing and more!

In my classes, my primary objective is to help participants reach their intention by guiding them with breathwork and encouraging exploration of mobility, range of motion, strength, and flexibility. Furthermore, I believe in infusing an element of joy into our practice, ensuring that everyone departs their class feeling rejuvenated and uplifted. Join me in the pursuit of self-awareness and personal growth through the practice of yoga.

My Yoga journey began five years ago as a simple curiosity and gradually grew into a steady, grounding part of my life. What started as learning basic poses and focusing on flexibility slowly evolved into a deeper practice of breath, balance, and self-awareness.

Through consistent dedication and learning from my own practice, I naturally stepped into the role of a Yoga teacher, discovering that teaching was an extension of learning rather than a destination. Yoga taught me patience with my body, resilience through challenge, and the value of showing up—even on difficult days—while guiding me to

share that sense of presence, strength, and calm with others both on and off the mat.
